Your organisation can submit disclosures of activities to the Finnish Transparency Register directly via interfaces using an API key. Disclosures of activities are statutory reports submitted to the authority. Your organisation is responsible for the content of the disclosures published in its name, so you should always ensure the accuracy of the information submitted via interfaces.

Handle the API key with due care to prevent misuse. Only share the API key with a trusted party, and send it in a secure manner (e.g. via encrypted email). If the API key is lost or exposed to an unauthorised party, revoke it immediately to prevent unauthorised use and generate a new key.

Ensure that the disclosures of activities are submitted to the Transparency Register during the disclosure periods. A disclosure of activities is considered received only when it has been published in the Transparency Register. Late submissions will be marked as late.
