Timetable

Lobbying or lobbying consultancy that targets Parliament or the ministries is to be disclosed to the Register twice a year.

1 January 2024 Registration with the Transparency Register begins.

31 March 2024 Last day to register with the Transparency Register for the actors already engaged in lobbying. All new actors, in turn, must register no later than on the date on which they start lobbying or lobbying consultancy.

1 July 2024 Submitting disclosures of lobbying activities for the period April–June 2024 begins.

31 August 2024 Last day to submit a disclosure of lobbying activities for the period April–June 2024.

28 February 2025 Last day to submit a disclosure of lobbying activities for the period July–December 2024.

1 July 2025 Submitting disclosures of lobbying activities for the period January–June 2025 begins.

31 August 2025 Last day to submit a disclosure of lobbying activities for the period January–June 2025.

1 January 2026 Submitting disclosures of lobbying activities for the period July–December 2025 begins.

28 February 2026 Last day to submit a disclosure of lobbying activities for the period July–December 2025.

1 July 2026 Submitting disclosures of lobbying activities for the period January–June 2026 begins; financial information on the previous year's lobbying activities is disclosed for the first time.

31 August 2026 Last day to submit a disclosure of lobbying or lobbying consultancy activities for the period January–June 2026; financial information for the previous year's lobbying activities is disclosed for the first time.

The periods for submitting disclosures on lobbying activities are January–February and July–August. In the disclosure period, a disclosure of activities is submitted for the preceding six months (January–June or July–December). Financial information is disclosed only once a year, during the disclosure period of July–August.
